How do you Sleep?

How Do You Sleep

1. How long do you sleep each night?
+ These days around 5 to6 hours. I’m lucky if I get 8 hrs sleep. I have a yr old boy that keeps me awake! And I have to wake up early because I also have a kindergarten!

2. Do you fall asleep easily?
+ If I’m too tired already.

3. Do you fall asleep at times not in your bed?
+ Yeah, sometimes.

4. Do you listen to music or use “white noise” to sleep?
+ If I can’t sleep right away. Any kind of soothing to my mind is always perfect!

5. Do you sleep through the night or get up a couple of times?
+ Either. Sleep through the night when I’m dead tired that the husband gets up when the little one ask for milk. I’m lucky he’s always there for me! Then wakes up a couple of times when it’s also my turn.

6. Do you have trouble sleeping away from your own bed?
+ Sometimes if I’m thinking something.

7. Do you need an alarm clock to get you up?
+ Always! :)

8. Do you ever take medication to help you sleep?
+ Nope. Never tried one.

9. Do you/have you slept with pets?
+ I think when I was growing up. My grannies have dogs in the house.

Online University

Have you heard about online university? I’ve read that it is fully online school which offers graduate online degree programs in business administration, information technology, human services, public health, public safety, and psychology, and bachelor’s degree programs in business, information technology, and public safety. This online school offers only the best out there. And if ever I will go back to school, I’d love to check this online schooling. Finishing my Master’s in Engineering would be great. I finished my bachelor’s degree almost 9 years ago and I only worked for a full 2 years through that time. So, if you think this is what you’re looking for then check it out! Never too late to go back to school and learn again!
